6.       ENTRY

a.       Each team can only apply for one group event. There is no age and sex restriction. Each team at least includes 6 people.
 

b.       Each player can apply for 2 individual events (boxing and instruments, but cannot repeat same type of form) and apply for matching practice and group events at the same time.

c.       Each player can only apply one type of matching practice and at maximum 3 people in one group. There is no age and sex restriction.

d.       Individual event will be grouped into:

Group A: Aged under 13

Group B: Between 14 and 20

Group C: Between 21 and 34

Group D: Between 35 and 44

Group E: Between 45 and 55

Group F: Between 56 and 66

Group G: Aged above 67

*Including not enough 5 people will be arranged into one group

7.       RESTRICTIONS

a.       Contest uses international contest rules

b.       Time limit:

．Form and Instruments—50s to 1’30min

．Tai Chi—no more than 3min, Tai Chi Instruments—1’30min to 3 min

．Matching Practice—50s to 1’30min

．Group events—3min to 4min, background music is acceptable (provide CD of audiotape by oneself)

c.       Player should buy insurance by oneself (The authority is not responsible for any accidents)

d.       Player can apply for changing events under a special situation. Player will be charged for US$100 for changing one event for the contest order.

8.       RANK OF POSITION

The Metal, the Siliver and the Copper are awarded in each age group

9.       TIME FOR REGISTER AND CHECK-IN

Each player should fill in one application form for 2 copies, and hand in to The Hong Kong Kung Fu Festival Committee before deadline. Each player should contact The Hong Kong Kung Fu Festival Committee about their arrival time and place for meeting.

11.   FEES

a.       Accommodations and food services will be arranged by The Hong Kong Kung Fu Festival Committee, and will be charged by traveling agency (4 days and 3 nights, including a local tour). Players can also arrange by oneself.

b.       Contest Fess

．Hong Kong and Mainland players--HK$200 (including one event) for each person, and $100 for each extra event

．Foreign players—US$30 (including one event) for each person, and US$15 for each extra event

．Group event—HK$100 or US$15 for each person

12.   THINGS WILL BE NOTICED LATER

a.       Players can arrange events and group when the number of style is too much

b.       Marks are accepted by World Organization of Wu Shu Kung Fu Masters Federation

c.       Players are not allowed to appeal

d.       Number of players is limited, application will not be accepted when there is too much participants

13.   PAYMENT METHODS

a.       Hong Kong participants can mail their application forms and bank cheque to Shop 61 G/F Cheong Ning Building Tsuen Cheong Center 202-216 Sai Lau Kok Road Tsuen Wan Hong Kong, please write “ NEW MARTIAL HERO MAGAZINE” on the bank cheque OR pay cash into the following account.

b.       Overseas participants can fax their application forms and bank receipts to (852)24935881 for comfirmation.
